Shipping
Orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. We ship with domestic couriers and Australia Post depending on the destination. International orders ship with Australia Post.
Upon dispatch, you will be notified by email with tracking details if available.
International buyers
In accordance with the law, the full value of all international orders will be declared on customs forms. Please be aware of your country's import duties, fees, VAT taxes, and other charges, as some of these can be costly. These fees are not included in the price of the item or the shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot be held responsible for these charges and we cannot refund you if you refuse to pay these fees.
Returns and exchanges
If your item does not meet your satisfaction, we will happily exchange it within 5 days of receipt. The item must not be damaged or used in any way. You can contact us via the contact form, and we will do our best to respond within 24 hours. You will be responsible for the return postage / courier costs. We cannot be held responsible for these charges, and cannot make an exchange if you refuse to pay these fees.
Faulty goods
Durability is a priority in the design of our items. If your item arrives damaged, or does not behave in the way you expect, please contact us.

Your item will need to be repackaged and posted via a tracked or insured method. We cannot be held responsible for any items not shipped by ourselves. Please contact us for complete returns information.
